Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted for faulty items, and/or items that are damaged. Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Incorrect Address
If your provided address is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Exchanges
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer exchanges for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, which includes returning items such as t-shirts, hoodies for a different size. We provide an accurate sizing chart on each item product page. Please use this to choose the correct size for you before purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
